Automatic high speed laminating machine

YFMD series Automatic high speed laminating machine is specially designed for glue-free (pre-coated film) lamination, which is simple and easy to use without gluing. The whole machine is highly automated, with fast lamination speed, good heating performance, high precision, and electrical centralized control by a programmable system. The human-machine interactive touch screen is easy to operate and has a high cost performance.

Features(pre-coating film laminating)

1. Automatic high-speed feeder head: The machine adopts automatic high-speed printing feeder head with a speed of up to 100m/min. The non-stop pre-stacking system greatly improves production efficiency.

2. High-precision overlap control: The servo control is synchronized with the feeder, and the overlap accuracy is controlled within ± 2mm. The high-precision front gauge and pneumatic pull gauge are used to ensure the paper feeding accuracy.

3. Automatic shutdown protection system: Equipped with an automatic control shutdown protection system, the system automatically stops when there is a break, paper shortage, or paper overlap to protect the machine.

4. UV curing: Enhance the fastness of the film, especially to solve the problem of the film not sticking to the subsequent creasing and embossing!

5. Heating and drying system: The 360 mm diameter mirror composite roller is equipped with an electromagnetic heating device, which can achieve fast start-up and heating within 5~1 minutes. The heating speed is more than twice that of the traditional oil heating device, and the energy consumption is lower than that of the vertical machine.

6. Automatic hydraulic system: The hydraulic system automatically provides stable and high pressure to ensure the lamination quality.

7. Human-machine interaction system: It adopts a 10-inch color touch screen for easy operation. The operator can check the working status of the machine from the touch screen at any time.

8. Pneumatic shaft and tension control system: It adopts pneumatic expansion, which is easy to load the film, and the film is accurately positioned through the scale of the pneumatic shaft. At the same time, the intelligent force adjustment system is easy to control the tension of the film and improve the laminating effect.

9. High-precision slitting system: It is equipped with a disc knife, supplemented by a pneumatic breaking device, servo control, fast cutting speed, and can cut BOPPOPP film without tail film. (If the customer uses PET, PVC or aluminized film, a chain knife slitting machine can be selected)

10. Anti-curling mechanism: It adopts a thin paper flattening and anti-curving mechanism and a wave-shaped paper feeding mechanism, which are specially designed for thin paper to prevent paper curling.

11. Automatic paper collection machine: It is equipped with an infrared sensor, which can automatically count the paper, and the three-way high-speed paper slapping can realize non-stop paper collection at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency.
